Childhood obesity has become the most commonly heard word these days. The reasons for this are many; not limited to genetic factors, lack of physical exercise, unhealthy eating plans or a combination of these factors. Children whose family members are overweight are at increased risk of developing obesity.

Children’s diet and activities play a vital role in determining the overweight condition. Today, a number of children are not engaging in any physical activities and are remaining inactive. The main reason for this is increase in video games and computers.
