1. Curd Rice

To make curd rice, you need to mix together 1 cup rice, salt, chopped green chilies, 2 cups curd, chopped tomatoes, chopped cucumber and a few sprouts in a bowl .This recipe works well when cool and hence you don’t have to worry about it going bad by the time the lunch hour comes at school.
2. Fried Chicken
All kids love fried chicken, don’t they? Well to make fried chicken for tiffin, you need to take 4 pieces of chicken legs and rub it over with salt, turmeric, garlic paste and marinate. Leave this overnight. In the morning, take oil in a pan and heat it. Add the chicken leg pieces and cook after covering the pan for a few minutes. 3. Saucy Paneer
Another superb tiffin recipe which you can try for your kids is saucy paneer. To make this, take three tsp of oil in a pan and heat it. Then, add chopped garlic, onion, tomatoes and salt to it. 4. Stuffed Parantha
All kids love paranthas, especially if they are made stuffed with a few vegetables like onion, tomatoes, potatoes or cheese. To make stuffed paranthas, mix together chopped green chillies, chopped onions, grated cheese, mashed potatoes and salt to taste. To make paneer sandwiches, take a bowl and mix together 100 gm paneer, 1 chopped onion, 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves and 2 chopped green chillies. Place this mixture in a brown bread and make sandwiches. Grill and cook on both sides and serve.
6. Spinach Corn with Bread
Boil spinach and corn at night and put into refrigerator. Mash together corn and palak and add a little black pepper, salt and yoghurt into it. Cook this mixture on low flame with onion, tomatoes, garlic etc. and serve with bread.
