  • Jaundice

Since there are no adequate regulatory settings for the companies manufacturing these dietary supplements, the supplement market is over flooded with low quality, ineffective products. Moreover, alluring false advertisements over media helps these companies to sell their products easily to a large innocent market giving them the required profit.

Thus, although the dietary supplements are sometimes very useful to help you in getting the right amount of nutrient required, but they do have certain side effects as well, and you should always take the advice of a medical practitioner before consuming any of these supplements.
