These home remedies are safer and without any side effects and thus proves more useful when it comes to treating something like the problem of worms. The following is a list of the best natural remedies to treat worms in stomach.

1. Papaya

Papaya seeds are considered very useful and effective in treating this problem. They consist of caricin which eliminates roundworms present in the stomach.  You can powder some papaya seeds and add one teaspoon of this powder to a glass of milk or water and drink this on empty stomach.  You can also make use of papaya leaves for getting rid of worms and for this, you will first need to take 15 grams of leaves, add them to about 250 ml boiling water and make an infusion. Add honey before drinking this liquid.

2. Garlic

Both garlic and garlic oil are useful for dealing with worms in stomach. You can take three garlic cloves every morning for the best results or can also crush the cloves and obtain oil. This oil can be applied over the skin as it gets absorbed by the blood.

3. Coconut

Coconut is often considered as one among the best natural cures for intestinal worms. What you can do is that you can grind fresh coconut and take one tablespoon of it every day at breakfast. This method is likely to show better results if it is followed by 30 to 60 ml of castor oil mixed in 250 to 375 ml of lukewarm water after three hours.

4. Carrots

Another natural method to deal with the problem of worms in stomach is to have one cup of grated carrots everyday in the morning. This method can quickly clear out the worms and provide the much needed relief.

5. Pumpkin

Take 1 tablespoon of pumpkin seeds that are peeled and crushed and add them to 250 ml of boiling water to make an infusion. Drink this infusion as it can help to expel out the worms in the stomach.

6. Pomegranate

The stem, bark and the roots of pomegranates are very helpful in destroying various kinds of worms that may be present in the stomach. You can make a cold decoction of the dark of pomegranate of about 90 to 180 ml and drink it thrice a day. The dosage should be less for children.

7. Turmeric

Turmeric too proves to be an effective home remedy for treating intestinal worms. Both dry powder and the juice of turmeric can be mixed with butter milk or water to find relief.  This solution is also effective for treating other kinds of stomach related problems such as chronic diarrhea and must hence be tried once.
