Swine Flu (H1N1 virus) has finally arrived India and it is creating panic in authorities and people. Swine flu has reached 74 countries, infecting nearly 29,000 people and now has been declared unstoppable.
India has had just over 1,000 confirmed cases of swine flu so far..and that’s roughly one case per every million people in the nation. According to the World Health Organization, there were 177,457 cases of swine flu and 1,462 deaths across the world as of August 12.
The worst affected city,Pune, started taking the death of a 14-year-old girl and there are 115 cases of Swine flu across the country till date and counting every hour. Cinema theatres, schools, and shopping malls have been shut down in Pune and some places in mumbai.
